FineWineCollector.com guarantees that all bottles that we offer for sale have been carefully inspected and have corks in excellent condition (unless otherwise noted) and exhibit no signs of seepage. Should you ever receive a bottle that in any way appears defective or whose cork does not conform to your expectations, FineWineCollector will gladly exchange the unopened bottle, or give you store credit.

Although under California law it is illegal to return alcohol products unless they are defective, FineWineCollector will always place you, our valued customer, as our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we guarantee that we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

We cannot however, offer credit or refunds for the following reasons:

• Wine that is more than 10 years old
• Adverse conditions that have affected the wine after it has left our control
• Wine that was received more than 60 days prior to inquiry
